Available Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in CAD Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

1. Pay With Paypal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and make a payment. Are you a newcomer to PayPal? You can then log in as a guest or open your PayPal account and confirm your payment.

Collections are usually booked in a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately.

2. Pay With Credit/Debit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express ,Discover etc. Please note that Panimal does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

ORDER:

1.How do I place an order?

Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking “Add to Cart”.

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

 

2.Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, accounts are totally optional.

 

3.How do I know that my order is confirmed?

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process.  Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

 

Shipping & Handling

SHIPPING POLICY:

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)

2. How can I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Panimal account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Returns & Refunds

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

1.What is your return policy?

In order to avoid cross-infection between pets, Remi Pet does NOT accept any forms of exchange or return.  However, if there is a defect from the manufacturer, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange for a replacement. Purrre products have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange for a replacement.

To report a defected item, please email us at remi.pet.official@gmail.com.with the following information.

  • Photograph of the item and a closeup of the defected part
  • Order number

 

2.When will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider. Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates. All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
